Florida Environmental Construction, Inc was established and incorporated in the State of Florida in 1990. Robert Lightsey is a certified licensed contractor in the State of Florida as well as the sole owner of FEC, Inc. FEC, Inc. is fully insured and bondable. We specialize in water and wastewater equipment installation including but not limited to pumps, motors, piping, generators and ground storage tanks.
